Content Producer for Tickled Media

Job Description

Tickled Media is looking for young and dynamic Content Producer to join its content team in Bangkok. Content producer will coordinate closely with the team to produce various parenting-related content for the company’s flagship brand, theAsianparent.com. The types of content to be assigned range from comprehensive resource articles to bite-sized popcorn pieces such as listicles and viral news.

A trend spotter and quick to respond newsroom-style
Writes Upworthy-style copies/headlines using recommended tool
Can go out to make cool short videos, celeb interviews, event coverage, etc.
Understands local country ecosystem
Pays close attention to detail and follows instructions well
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Hard-working, dedicated individual who performs well under pressure
Adaptable
Can self-edit and work independently and as part of a team
Thrives in a fast paced startup environment

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in communications, journalism or related field
Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills – can produce quality articles on a variety of topics within a given timeframe; experience in writing online content is an advantage
Knowledge in using a content management system such as WordPress
Experience in producing social media content (FB, G+, YouTube, IG, Twitter, etc.) for official accounts is an advantage
